Tour & Transportation Bookings
– Cancellations made more than 07 days before the tour commencement date will receive a full refund, less any bank or payment processing charges.
– Cancellations made between 7 and 3 days before the tour commencement date will receive a 50% refund.
– Cancellations made less than 2 days before the tour commencement date are non-refundable.
– No refunds will be provided for no-shows, unused services, late arrivals, or early departures.
Hotel Reservations
Hotel cancellation policies vary according to the accommodation provider. Any applicable cancellation fees imposed by hotels will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Changes to Bookings
Requests for itinerary changes, date changes, or service modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Force Majeure
No refunds shall be provided for cancellations or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, airline disruptions, government restrictions, or adverse weather conditions. However, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements where possible.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method used for the booking.
