Pricing

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

– Providing accurate booking information.
– Ensuring possession of valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and other required travel documents.
– Complying with local laws and regulations during their stay in Sri Lanka.

Travel Services

Travelbeingdom acts as an intermediary for hotels, transport providers, guides, and other tourism-related services. While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for service failures caused by third-party providers.

Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to modify itineraries when necessary due to weather conditions, road closures, safety concerns, government regulations, or circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

TravelbeingdoM shall not be liable for any loss, injury, accident, delay, damage, theft, additional expenses, or inconvenience arising during travel, except where required by law.

Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, epidemics, airline disruptions, or adverse weather conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
